4. About the certification of "environmentally friendly printing"

Environmentally friendly printing certification is mainly carried out in accordance with the model of "factory inspection + sampling inspection + post-certification supervision". First, according to the principle of voluntariness, the printing enterprise applies to the certification body. After the application materials are reviewed, the two parties sign the certification contract. Then, the certification body arranges the audit team to review the company's documents and materials first, and then conducts on-site inspections and product sampling. The audit team writes the inspection conclusion and evaluation report. Finally, the certification body conducts material review and technical assessment on the evaluation report, and issues the certificate after approval. Generally, the certificate is valid for 3 years, and supervision and inspection must be carried out within 12 months after obtaining the certificate. A re-certification application can be submitted 6 months before the expiration of the certificate for re-certification.
