Flexible Film Bag

A Flexible Film Bag is a packaging form made primarily from plastic film, characterized by high flexibility. Its core advantages lie in strong shape adaptability, controllable costs, and wide application scenarios, making it commonly used for packaging small and medium-sized products in fields such as food, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and industrial materials.

1. Diverse Materials to Meet Different Protection Needs

• Basic materials include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), etc. These materials can be used in single-layer or multi-layer composites (e.g., PE/PET, PE/aluminum foil) to enhance performance.

• Composite films can be tailored to boost specific functions. For instance, aluminum foil composites provide light blocking and oxygen barrier properties, while aluminum-plated films reduce costs while offering a certain level of barrier performance. This meets diverse needs such as food preservation and chemical corrosion resistance.

2. Flexible Forms for Both Usage and Storage

• Bag types can be customized into three-side sealed bags, stand-up pouches, zipper bags, and special-shaped bags. Stand-up pouches facilitate shelf display, and zipper bags allow for resealing, adapting to different product usage scenarios.

• Empty bags can be folded for storage, occupying minimal warehouse space. They can also be stacked in bulk during transportation, effectively reducing logistics and storage costs.

3. Excellent Printing and Sealing Performance

• The film has a high flat surface, supporting high-definition color printing. It can clearly display brand logos, product instructions, and design patterns, enhancing the visual appeal of the packaging.

• Heat sealing, pressure sealing, and other processes are adopted to ensure stable sealing performance. This effectively blocks external moisture, dust, and odors, extending the shelf life or storage period of the contents.

 4. Balanced Cost and Environmental Attributes

• It has a high utilization rate of raw materials and mature production processes. Compared with rigid packaging (e.g., plastic cans, glass bottles), it costs less, making it especially suitable for small-batch or one-time packaging needs.

• Some materials (e.g., PE, PP) are recyclable, and biodegradable film materials are also available. This aligns with the trend of eco-friendly packaging and meets environmental regulations in different markets.
